I must say the chauffer is good. Using his limited English vocabulary, he managed to communicate with us and provide us with some introduction along the way. He deserved a good tipping which we gave him at the end of the trip.

Destination: X2 Kui Buri Resort
(Hidden in the midst of attap houses and kampung, the car have to travel on dusty n muddy paths before we could see the big entrance of the resort. Really secluded!)

PhotobucketWooden plank walkway leading to all function points in the resort.
PhotobucketWe were allocated Villa Number 4.

It was a single-storeyed beach facing villa. It was clear blue on the day we arrived at the resort. 看见那蓝天碧海的一幕时,我那还没从上海工干收拾回来的心情,实在是彻底地被洗礼一番。

名副其实的石头屋。

Outdoor standing shower! There is really no rooftop over the shower.

We were too hungry to start any activity for the day. Therefore, the next thing we did in the resort was to rush to the only restuarant - 4K.

The wind, the sea and the food... what else can it be so perfectly matched?

Swimming time!!! The private pool of our villa.

We swam a ted long 3 hours. Cos long time din get ourselves submerged into the waters. We felt so relax....

However, an incident happened in our villa ...which changed our mood 360 degree totally! An uninvited guest interrupted our peaceful holiday. When i walked out from the bathroom after a good shower, my non-spectacled pair of eyes were wide opened when they suddenly saw a moving reptile gliding into the stone wall sneakyly!!! "Help! A snake!" My snoring husband CK jumped up from his bed immediately following my shout. The snake had already hid in between the stones and could only be seen when CK shone a torchlight in it.

PhotobucketAfter a long-tussle between the guys in the resort with the reptile, they finally managed to catch the snake. I was shocked to see that the guy hit the reptile and the wall was shed with blood. Too scary liao lar.... 1st time ever witness a live reptile in front of my eyes. I was stunned standing on the bed. To compensate all the damages done, the resort personnel suggested changing our villa. After the terrifying scene, we were too scared to continue staying in the same villa. Without a second thought, me and my husband packed up all our stuff and followed them.

In return, the resort personnel offered to upgrade us to the top accomodation in their resort - Owner's Villa. It was a double-storeyed villa which has an attached private kitchen and dining area. As it was pitch-dark in the night when we shifted to this villa, we only managed to snap a few photos before we went for our dinner.

What an event-full night for us! Too exhausted to think of other things....
